The Q jastary Student Council is a large and friendly team, where each person – like a note, like a color of the rainbow, like a part of a mosaic – takes their place and plays their role.

Quality Control Service

Quality control and improvement of the efficiency of educational activities at the University is carried out by a structural unit – the Quality Control Service.

The Quality Control Service analyzes and evaluates the competitive position of the University in the educational services market, and together with structural units develops measures to eliminate existing deficiencies based on the results of the internal audit.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE QUALITY CONTROL SERVICE

Implementation of the quality assurance policy and the University development program.
Building an effective quality management system in the field of educational services.
Timely and high-quality monitoring and measurement of the quality of educational services.
Assistance to the structural units of the University in implementing and using real opportunities to improve the quality of their activities and in preparing materials, internal regulatory documents.
Implementation of a system of measures for internal audit, quality monitoring and ensuring the possibility of using their results for making management decisions.
Introduction of modern forms and methods of monitoring the educational process.
Coordination of accreditation processes and post-accreditation monitoring of educational programs and the University.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Organization and coordination of work on the implementation of the university’s strategic directions.
Ensuring the formation of internal regulatory documents of the university on the quality management system.
Analysis of the assessment of students’ knowledge
Assistance and control in conducting surveys and monitoring stakeholder satisfaction with the quality of the educational process, as well as checking the compliance of the university’s regulatory and technical documentation with the requirements of regulatory and methodological documents in the field of education.
Measuring stakeholder satisfaction based on the results of surveys, polls, including recording consumer complaints and claims, processing and analysis of the quality of educational services.
Preparation of a consolidated analytical report with a proposal for improvement and action.
Organizational and methodological support for the preparation and implementation of accreditation of the university and individual educational programs.

Compliance control

COMPLIANCE CONTROL was established in September 2023 and operates on the basis of the Regulation.

The main objective of COMPLIANCE CONTROL is to ensure compliance by the Company and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures.

The main objectives of COMPLIANCE CONTROL include:

ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and best practices on anti-corruption issues
ensuring compliance with the basic principles of combating corruption in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption”;
ensuring the implementation of internal analysis of corruption risks in the Company;
ensuring the implementation of tools for the prevention and prevention of corruption offenses in the Company;
effective implementation of a system of measures to combat corruption in the Company;
implementation of compliance control and organization of internal control over the activities of the Company;
ensuring prevention, timely detection, assessment and management of compliance risks and corruption risks, dissemination of information about them to the Company’s management.

Supreme Authority

The supreme body of the University is the Council of Founders.

The exclusive competence of the Founders includes the following issues:

  • defining the subject, purpose and priority areas of the University’s activities, mandatory volumes of work (services) financed from the University budget;
  • making amendments and additions to the University Charter or approving its new version;
  • monitoring the targeted and effective use of the University’s property;
  • voluntary reorganization or liquidation of the University;
  • seizing excess, unused or improperly used property of the University, identified as a result of monitoring the targeted use of property;
  • establishing a term of maintenance and ensuring the safety of the seized property until its transfer to another person with subsequent write-off from the balance sheet;
  • implementing, organizing and conducting monitoring of the functioning and effectiveness of the University’s management;
  • election (appointment) of the rector, determination of the term and early termination of his powers;
  • approval of the annual financial statements of the University.
