Alumni Association
The Alumni Association is a resource for maintaining connections between alumni and the university, exchanging experiences, and realizing the professional, scientific, and creative potential of graduates. Membership in the Association provides an opportunity to establish or strengthen ties with the university, stay informed about its current activities, and become an active participant in university events.
Mission of the Alumni Association – to unite graduates of different years into a single dynamic and engaged community that contributes to the development of internal and external communications, the development and promotion of the university brand, the resolution of the university’s key strategic tasks, and the preservation and enhancement of the values and uniqueness of university education, culture, and traditions.
The goal of the Alumni Association is to promote the organization of educational activities in training new-generation professionals and to establish mutually beneficial relationships between the university and its alumni.
Main tasks of the Alumni Association:
- Creating and maintaining an alumni database to expand partnerships and encourage alumni participation in university life;
- Facilitating the establishment and development of business relations among university alumni by creating opportunities for communication, identifying common professional interests, and ways to realize them;
- Attracting the attention of the general public, government bodies, local authorities, and the media to the university’s activities to participate in the development and implementation of the University’s Development Strategy;
- Implementing social support programs for alumni, including employment and career development support for students and young professionals, business creation support, philanthropic activities, and assistance to socially vulnerable students of “Q” University, and organizing internships to gain professional experience;
- Developing cooperation with employers to adapt the educational process to labor market demands;
- Developing an alumni mentoring program for students to support their full integration into the professional community;
- Supporting projects, programs, events, and other initiatives conducted by the university, and organizing its own events (presentations, round tables, conferences) at university venues;
- Strengthening the corporate spirit of students and alumni, preserving the unity of values and interests of the university community, and developing the university brand and its reputation in the international and academic arenas.
