The regular seminar “Modern technologies: new opportunities for digitalization of education” was held for the professors and teachers of “Q” UNIVERSITY, led by Professor of Abai Kazakh National University, Doctor of Political Sciences A.S. Amirova.

On 28.02.2025, the faculty of “Q” UNIVERSITY, led by Professor of Abai Kazakh National University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences A.S. Amirova, held a regular seminar on “Modern Technologies: New Opportunities for Digitalization of Education”. The use of modern technologies is important for the competitiveness of the state, as well as for expanding its opportunities for integration into the European and world space. Currently, global competition in the field of higher education, the development of e-learning, hybrid educational technologies, and the widespread use of massive open online courses (MOOCs) make education more accessible.

All this changes the content of education at the university, which leads to a new understanding of how students learn and the opportunities for learning. Students work independently in a digital information educational environment, interacting with the active participation of the teacher; – students have 24-hour access to electronic learning courses posted by university teachers on the LMS Moodle, Open LMS, BigBlueButton, H5P platforms, they can study and repeat them at any time and anywhere there is an Internet connection; – the assessment of learning outcomes becomes more objective, the psychological burden during communication during the control of knowledge decreases; – it was noted that students in the dual form of education have the opportunity to receive the same amount of education as students in the full-time form of education.
