List of required documents for admission to “Q” UNIVERSITY”:

1. Application for admission on the form of the established sample (filled out in “Q” UNIVERSITY”);
2. ID card (copy);
3. Certificate of results of passing the UNT (original);
4. Documents on education:
5. – on basicofsecondaryeducation (after school – original certificate with appendix);
6. – based on technicaland vocationaleducation, post-secondary education (after college –original diploma with appendix);
7. – based on the second highereducation (after the first higher education –original diploma with appendix);
8. 6 photographs measuring 3×4 cm;
9. Medical certificate in the form 075-U + fluorography image;
10. Medical certificate form 063 (health passport).
