There are more than 15 teachers in the Academic School who have been working at the Kainar Academy for 30 years, with 45 years of teaching experience, continue to work on improving their methodological skills, increasing their pedagogical skills and specialized knowledge. Every year, teachers participate with university students in inter-university competitions, scientific projects, appear on popular TV channels of Kazakhstan television, including as scientific experts. They participate in the creation of multi-part popular science documentaries.
Kadirkulova G.K – participated in the implementation of 3 grant scientific projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with scientists from the A. Margulan Institute of Archeology, since 1999 she has been working on the Khabar TV channel as a scientific expert. She participated in the creation of the multi-part popular science documentary film “The First Persons of the State” and the historical scientific series “Peoples of Kazakhstan”, is the author of the textbooks “History of Kazakhstan”, “Kazakhstan Tarihy” (2004, 2005, 2010-2016) for students of the higher education institutions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She is also the author of the scientific monograph “Demographic History of Semirechye (1867-1926)”. In 2017, she was awarded the medal “Excellence in Education” of the International Kazakh Creative Association “Paneta Mira – World of Peace”.
