Step 2.Passing the UNT

Since 2019, the unified national testing (UNT) has been conducted 4 times a year for admission to higher and postgraduate education institutions (hereinafter referred to as HPE/UNIVERSITY) on a fee-paying basis (admission periods – January, March, June-July, August).

Applications for the creative exam are accepted from June 20 to July 7 of the current year.

Information about the creative exam

  1. Written (essay)
  2. Oral (interview).

To apply for the OP “6B03201 – Journalism”, an applicant must score at least 5 points in each subject from reading literacy and history of Kazakhstan on the UNT. In addition, the applicant must score at least 5 points in each of the creative exams.
