formation of a scientific and pedagogical school in the Republic of Kazakhstan in areas related to transport services and information systems and technologies;
increase in the quality of educational services and creation of a positive image of educational services under the educational programs of the department;
creation and organization of the effective functioning of the system for training highly professional specialists, dissemination and application of knowledge in the field of transport services, information technology, mathematical and computer modeling in the process of training bachelors.
