Scientific and Technical Council

The Scientific and Technical Council is a consultative and advisory body that coordinates the scientific and scientific-organizational activities of all divisions of the Q University Institution.

The Scientific and Technical Council is guided in its activities by the University Charter, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Science and Technological Policy”, “On Education”, “On Innovation Activity”, regulatory documents of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the rector and resolutions of the Academic Council of the University.

The main goal of the Scientific and Technical Council is to develop, coordinate and improve the efficiency of scientific research conducted by the university, and accelerate the implementation of the results obtained in production and educational processes.

The main tasks of the STC:

• coordination of fundamental and applied research in the scientific and educational structures of the university;
• strengthening ties with other universities in the field of scientific research and educational processes;
• providing assistance in training scientific personnel and improving the scientific qualifications of the teaching staff;
• forecasting scientific directions for the development of the university.
