Q University Medical Station is a vital part of the university’s health support system for students, faculty, and staff. We aim to provide high-quality medical care and create a comfortable environment for all members of the university community. In collaboration with the Central Family Polyclinic, we offer a wide range of medical services.
Services we offer:
- Consultations: Students, faculty, and staff can receive qualified medical advice on various health issues, including disease prevention and lifestyle recommendations.
- Nurse Check-ups: Our nurses, including Aizada Rustemkyzy Ermekbayeva, conduct initial patient examinations, such as measuring blood pressure and temperature. We pay close attention to every request and provide the necessary medical assistance.
- Doctor Consultations: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Dr. Zhansaya Kuanyshovna Ongar from the Central Family Polyclinic sees patients. She performs examinations, diagnoses, and gives treatment recommendations.
- Procedure Room: Our medical station includes a procedure room where injections and other medical procedures—such as bandaging and sample collection—are performed under doctor’s orders.
- Emergency Assistance: In urgent cases, we can call an ambulance, ensuring a quick response to any medical incidents.
- Medical Check-ups: Annual medical examinations are conducted for students and staff every September, including fluorography and ECGs, helping to detect potential health issues in a timely manner.
- Awareness Lectures: Nurse Aizada Rustemkyzy Ermekbayeva regularly holds educational sessions focused on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and raising awareness about the importance of health care.
Working hours: The medical station operates five days a week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The doctor is available for consultations on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
At Q University, we care about the health of our university family and strive to create a safe and supportive environment for everyone. Every visit to the medical station is a step toward better understanding and maintaining your health.
