YOUTH POLICY OF “Q” UNIVERSITY the integrity of the system of measures aimed at creating the necessary conditions for the formation and self-realization of a bright modern personality within the walls of “Q” UNIVERSITY.
The Department of Educational and Social Work is a structural unit that implements the areas of activity on the youth policy of the university and manages and coordinates student self-government of “Q” UNIVERSITY, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Youth Policy”.
The Department of Educational and Social Work conducts public, socio-cultural events and closely cooperates with all students of “Q” UNIVERSITY.
Education of student youth in the national idea of “Mangilik El” through the culture of the Kazakh people, the formation of moral, deep, spiritual wealth and civic appearance.
Students are provided with favorable conditions for self-realization as individuals, as well as for the development of high professional competence in social activities, as citizens of Kazakhstan.
Participates in the formation of students’ humanistic worldview, civic position, sense of patriotism, freedom and originality of legal and political culture, respect for state symbols, national traditions and customs.
The goal of youth policy:
– ensuring equal conditions for spiritual, cultural, intellectual, mental, professional, social and physical development and self-realization of young people;
– creating conditions for the participation of young people in the political, socio-economic, scientific, sports and cultural life of society;
– increasing the level of interethnic (interethnic) and interfaith harmony among young people;
– forming a system of moral and semantic guidelines that allow resisting the ideology of extremism, nationalism, manifestations of xenophobia, corruption, discrimination on the basis of social, religious, racial, national affiliation and other negative social phenomena.
In achieving the set goals, the following tasks are implemented:
