History of the Academic School

The first steps of Q University, which took place in 1991, began with the training of specialists in the specialty 0314 - 'Pedagogy and Psychology' and have been successfully continuing for more than 30 years.

Active Student Life

Psychology students take an active part in international scientific conferences for students, graduate students, and young scientists, such as: 'Lomonosov', held under the auspices of the Eurasian Student Association, the Russian Union of Students, and the Student Center of Moscow State University; the International Interuniversity Scientific and Practical Conference of Students and Postgraduates 'Psychology of the XXI Century', held by the Faculty of Psychology of St. Petersburg State University, and in annual university student conferences.

Modern Research

Currently, the academic school is working on the scientific topic 'Empirical research in applied psychology' (headed by Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor M. Yerkinbekova), within which the problems of developing applied areas of psychology are being investigated.

Student Life

Student Life

The life of students at the academic school is filled with energy, creativity, and bright impressions. Everyone can fully express their abilities. The academic year traditionally begins with Knowledge Day and the initiation of freshmen. Students from years 2-4, school teachers, and the former applicants themselves prepare interesting, memorable performances and congratulations.

During the academic year, 'Psychologist's Day', 'Journalist's Day', special team-building activities, psychological trainings, 'Psychological Intensive' festivals, contests, and other events are organized.
