Higher Education at Q University
Bachelor's degree is a professional higher education program that awards the degree of 'Bachelor' in various fields of study. Q University operates 5 academic schools that prepare specialists in 8 directions, including 21 bachelor's degree programs.
This program is designed for:
- high school graduates
- college graduates
Instruction is conducted in 2 languages: Kazakh and Russian.

Step 2. Taking the UNT (Unified National Testing)
Since 2019, the Unified National Testing (UNT) is conducted 4 times a year for admission to higher and postgraduate educational institutions (hereinafter – HEI / 'Q'UNIVERSITY) on a paid basis (admission periods — January, March, June-July, August).
The passing score for admission to 'Q' UNIVERSITY is 50 points, for the '6B042 Law' training direction — at least 75 points. At the same time, at least 5 points must be scored in History of Kazakhstan and two profile subjects of UNT and/or creative exam, and at least 3 points in Reading Literacy and Mathematical Literacy subjects.
5 main subjects are taken: three mandatory and two profile subjects.

- History of Kazakhstan
Step 3. Application submission to 'Q' UNIVERSITY based on UNT results
Admission to bachelor's programs at 'Q' UNIVERSITY is carried out based on applicant applications on a competitive basis in accordance with certificate scores.
Document acceptance is carried out annually from June 20 to August 25 of the current year.
Application acceptance for creative exams from June 20 to August 10 of the current year.
Creative Exam Information
For admission to the 'Journalism' program, two creative exams are required:
For admission to the 'Journalism' program, applicants must score at least 5 points in each subject of reading literacy and history of Kazakhstan on the UNT. Additionally, applicants must score at least 5 points in each creative exam.

Application for admission on the established form (filled out at 'Q' UNIVERSITY);
Identity document (copy);
UNT certificate (original);
Educational documents:
— based on general secondary education (after school — original certificate with appendix);
— based on technical and professional education, post-secondary education (after college — original diploma with appendix);
— based on second higher education (after first higher education — original diploma with appendix);
6 photographs size 3x4 cm;
Medical certificate form 075-U + chest X-ray;
Medical certificate form 063 (health passport).
