Civil service vacancies for graduates
eQyzmet.gov.kz portal — “Vacancies for graduates” section (TULEK)
Under subparagraph 5) of paragraph 6 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Civil Service”, graduates with high academic performance may be appointed to non-managerial administrative civil service positions of corps “B” at the district and rural level without a competition.
Who can apply
- graduates who completed their studies no more than one year ago;
- GPA of at least 3.33 (Order of the Chairman of the Civil Service Affairs Agency No. 115 of 1 July 2026);
- vacancies are matched to your field of study.
How to apply
- Open the “Vacancies for graduates” section and sign in via eQyzmet.
- Complete your profile: contact details and a copy of your diploma with its supplement (a single PDF up to 10 MB).
- Find a vacancy on the map or with the “By my specialty” button.
- Click “Apply” and track the status under “My applications”.
