About the School
The School of General Education is a structural unit of Q University. The School implements the educational process for courses in the mandatory component of the General Education block at the bachelor's and master's levels across all educational programs.

The mission of our academic school is to form socially active individuals with philosophical worldviews, high political consciousness and culture, foster a sense of patriotism, and develop critical thinking elements alongside personal and professional culture in students.

The goal of our academic school is to prepare highly qualified, competitive specialists based on the achievements of modern science and practice through continuous professional development and fostering creative initiative.
School Objectives
The objectives of our academic school include forming worldview, civic, and moral positions of competitive future specialists; creating communicative programs in Kazakh, Russian, and foreign languages; promoting healthy lifestyles, self-improvement, and professional success; developing a comprehensive system of competencies that ensures the sociocultural development of future specialists based on knowledge formation; and shaping individuals capable of mobility, critical thinking, and intellectual abilities in the modern world.

International Cooperation
The faculty of the academic school participates in various seminars, symposia, and conferences in countries near and far abroad, cooperating with the Civil Society Development Fund (CSDF) (Hungary) and EdNet networks of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
In 2005, participated in the project of the Ministry of Culture of Kazakhstan 'Cultural Heritage' – 'History and Culture of Almaty Region in 1917-2006'.
Kadirkulova G.K. has been repeatedly awarded with certificates from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for her personal contribution to the development of the educational system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2017, she was awarded the medal 'Excellence in Education' by the International Kazakh Creative Association 'Planet of Peace – World of Peace'.
Awards and Achievements
The Academic School has more than 15 teachers who have been working at the Kainar Academy for 30 years, with 45 years of teaching experience, continuing to work on improving methodological skills, enhancing their pedagogical mastery and specialized knowledge. Annually, teachers participate with university students in inter-university competitions and scientific projects, appear on popular channels of Kazakhstani television, including as scientific experts. They participate in creating multi-series scientific and documentary films.
Kadirkulova G.K.
Participated in three grant research projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan in collaboration with scientists from the A. Margulan Institute of Archeology. Since 1999, she has worked on the 'Khabar' TV channel as a scientific expert. She participated in the creation of a multi-series popular science documentary 'First Persons of the State' and the historical scientific series 'Peoples of Kazakhstan'. She is the author of textbooks 'History of Kazakhstan' and 'Қазақстан тарихы' (2004, 2005, 2010-2016) for university students approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. Also the author of the scientific monograph 'Demographic History of Semirechye (1867-1926)'. In 2017, she was awarded the medal 'Excellence in Education' by the International Kazakh Creative Association 'Planet of Peace – World of Peace'.
