On April 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., a scientific seminar titled “Borrowings in Scientific Publications: The Culture of Citation” was held, conducted by Adlet Kariyev, Director of the Department of Science and Cooperation.
The seminar addressed important aspects of the proper use of borrowings in scientific works, as well as the culture of citation, which constitutes an integral part of academic ethics.
