On November 26, 2025, first-year students (Kazakh group) of the Psychology educational program of the “Psychology and Journalism” Academic School of “Q” University visited the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of an educational excursion led by Senior Lecturer Zubayra Berdibekova.
During the visit, the students learned about the history, structure, main functions, and collections of the National Library. Special attention was given to the “Books of Kazakhstan” Department, where the library’s resources and unique collections were introduced. The tour was conducted by library specialist Kuttygyz Kasymbekova, who provided detailed information about rare publications, valuable literary works, and contributions of Kazakhstani authors.
The excursion significantly contributed to broadening the students’ professional outlook and developing their information culture.
