Q University invites printing companies and print service providers to submit commercial proposals for design development and the production of printed materials for the international scientific and practical conference “Family, Parenthood and Migration in the Modern World: Legal, Social and Demographic Challenges,” scheduled for 30 October 2026.
The conference is held within the IRN AP22688447 research project, “Motherhood at the Crossroads: Protecting the Rights of Migrant Mothers (Kazakhstan’s Experience and International Standards).” The project is funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the “Zhas Galym” grant programme for young researchers for 2024–2026.
Planned scope of services:
development of a visual concept using the Q University logo: three logo options and two banner design options;
printing 100 copies of the conference proceedings: 240 pages, A4 format;
printing 100 copies of the conference programme: 24 pages, A5 format;
production of two full-colour banners measuring 180 × 90 cm, with eyelets;
printing and personalisation of 100 participant certificates;
printing 100 copies of the monograph International Legal Protection of Migrant Mothers: Standards, Mechanisms and Prospects for Application in the Republic of Kazakhstan: 148 pages, A5 format, hardcover;
printing 100 copies of the practical guide A Mother in Kazakhstan: Rights and Support for Migrant Women and Volunteers: 32 pages, A5 format.
Planned budget: KZT 2,410,000.
