«Q» University conducts its educational activities based on the General License issued by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The General License grants the university the right to conduct educational activities at all levels of education without restrictions on the number of students.
