Important Information

Individuals wishing to participate in the competition should submit an application to the rector of the university along with the required documents within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, from November 07, 2024, to November 26, 2024.

Documents are accepted at: 050026, Almaty, Baizakov St. 125, office 402.

Competition date: November 28, 2024, in the conference hall (909) (aud.).

Required Documents

Personal record sheet and photo (3x4) (according to the form)

Color scan of identity document (both sides)

Color scan of diplomas of higher (basic) education, academic/scientific degree, document on academic title and originals for verification

Medical certificate in form No. 075, approved by the order of the acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.10.2020

Certificate of presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the commission of a criminal offense by a person egov.kz

Certificate from a narcological organization that the contest participant is not registered egov.kz

Certificate from a psychoneurological organization that the contest participant is not registered egov.kz

List of scientific works and inventions (if available, according to the form in Kazakh, according to the form in Russian)

Certificates of retraining and professional development (if available) and originals for verification

Resume (according to the form)

Autobiography (according to the form)

Contest participants have the right to submit additional information regarding their education, professional level (recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

Submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the above list is grounds for refusal to accept the application.

Persons with higher or postgraduate education are eligible for the competition for vacant faculty positions, according to the 'Qualification справочник characteristics of administrative, educational support, and service personnel positions' and the 'Professional Standard for Faculty'.

Applications and competition documents submitted by the applicant after the specified deadlines will not be considered.
