Workshops and Training Held at Q University for Science Day

Due to the  Science Day, «Q» University» organized engaging events for students and faculty members.

A master class titled “Communication Culture. Empathy and Active Listening as the Basis of Effective Communication” . The session was moderated by Aizhan Omarkulova, a trainer from the Center for Education and New Innovative Technologies in Almaty. Participants explored key principles of effective communication, empathy, and active listening.

In addition, a training session titled “Practice-Oriented Topics: How to Speak in Public Without Fear” was conducted by Erlan Uzakbayev, a trainer from the same center. Participants learned techniques for public speaking, building confidence, and engaging with an audience.

These events contribute to enhancing communication skills and supporting the professional development of participants.
