Persons wishing to take part in the competition shall submit an application (in the form) addressed to the rector of the university together with the documents within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement (inclusive).

Persons with higher or postgraduate education that meets the qualification requirements for positions as faculty members at Q University are allowed to participate in the competition for vacant positions as faculty members.

The new applicant must submit the following documents with their application:

1. Copy of identification document;

2. Resume (in format); (download)

3. Curriculum vitae;

4. Personal record card and photo (3x4 cm);

5. Copies of higher education diplomas, academic and scientific degrees, academic title, and originals for verification;

6. Medical certificate in form No. 075, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020;

7. A certificate on the presence or absence of information on records, issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the commission of a criminal offense by a person with Egov.kz;

8. A certificate from a drug treatment organization stating that the competition participant is not registered with Egov.kz;

9. A certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization stating that the competition participant is not registered with Egov.kz;

10. List of scientific papers and inventions (if any); (download)

11. Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification.

A current applicant must provide the following documents for participation:

A competition participant has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, professional level (recommendations from the management of his previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

The position of Professor

is open to individuals with a higher or postgraduate education, a candidate of sciences or doctor of sciences degree, or a doctor of philosophy (PhD) or doctor of science in the relevant field, or the academic degree of doctor of philosophy (PhD) or doctor of science in the relevant field, and/or the academic title of associate professor (associate professor) or professor (if applicable), and at least five years of research and teaching experience.

The position of "Associate Professor"

is open to individuals with higher or postgraduate education, a candidate of sciences or doctor of sciences, or a doctor of philosophy (PhD), or a doctorate in the relevant field, and the academic title of associate professor (associate professor) or the academic title of associate professor (associate professor), approved by the University Academic Council, with at least five years of work experience in research and teaching..

The position of

"Senior Lecturer"

is assigned to a person with a higher (or postgraduate) education or a master's degree corresponding to the profile of the field of study and at least three years of experience in research and teaching, as an assistant, or at least five (5) years of practical experience in the specialty (profile of activity).
