Open Classes at the Academic School of “Law”

In order to enhance the professional qualifications of the teaching staff and to promote the exchange of advanced pedagogical experience, a series of open classes were held within the framework of the Open Class Schedule of the Higher Academic School of “Law”

The following open sessions took place: Discipline: Civil Law (General Part) — Topic: “Objects of Civil Rights”. The class was conducted by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Zhussupov A.A. The session provided a detailed analysis of the types of objects of civil legal relations, their classification, and legal regime. Discipline: Criminal Law (General Part) — Topic: “Execution of Non-Custodial Sentences and Additional Punishments Imposed on Convicted Persons” (Сотталған адамның қоғамнан оқшаулаумен байланысты емес жазаларды орындауы. Жазалардың қосымша түрлерін орындау). The lecture was delivered by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Batyrbayev A.K., who addressed current issues related to the enforcement of punishments not involving isolation from society. Discipline: Criminalistics — Topic: “Forensic Dactyloscopy”. The class was conducted by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Medeubekov T.Sh., who presented modern methods and capabilities of fingerprint examination in solving crimes. The events were held in an interactive format with active participation from students and colleagues, which contributed to a productive scientific discussion and exchange of ideas. Conducting open classes has become an important component of methodological work aimed at the continuous improvement of the quality of the educational process at the Academic School of “Law.”
