On October 9, 2023, a guest lecture on “Fundamentals of Mediation for Resolving Disputes and Conflicts” was held for first-year students of the academic schools of Kainar Academy as part of the course “Fundamentals of Law and Anti-Corruption Culture.”

The lecture was delivered by Zhakupov Z.A., Rector-President of the NGO “International Human Rights Center.” The session was organized under the supervision of PhD in Law, Associate Professor Z.M. Samaldykova. During the lecture, students had a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of mediation, conflict resolution methods, and practical skills for interacting in complex legal and social situations.
