On October 23, 2024, a meeting was organized for students of the 6B042 “Law” program with S.B. Goncharov, a member of the Territorial Election Commission of Almaty.

One of the key objectives of the faculty of the Academic School of Law is to contribute to the development of legal literacy among youth, as well as to promote civic awareness and responsibility.

During the guest lecture, topics discussed included human rights, democracy and the rule of law, the principles of electoral democracy, conditions for holding democratic elections, and the right to participate in elections as a voter or a candidate.
