Official Visit to the International University of Kyrgyzstan

On behalf of «Q» University, A.D. Kariyev, Director of the Department of Science and Cooperation, was on an official business trip to the International University of Kyrgyzstan from May 19 to May 22, 2026.

As part of the visit, on May 20–21, 2026, he participated in the II International Scientific and Practical Conference titled "Sovereignty, Security, Stability: Uncertain Future, Restless Present. Challenges for Society and Science."

The conference brought together representatives of the academic and expert communities from Poland, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and other nations. The plenary and panel discussions centered on critical issues arising from contemporary threats to society, science, and education.

The participants focused particular attention on the following thematic areas:

• the impact of geopolitical instability on the advancement of science and education;

• matters of state sovereignty amidst the formation of a new global architecture;

• digital and information security;

• the role of the academic community in maintaining stability and formulating responses to global risks.

In addition to attending the conference, Adlet Kariyev held a working meeting with the administration of the International University of Kyrgyzstan. The dialogues focused on strategic avenues for future synergy, specifically touching upon the reinforcement of academic and research links, the execution of joint ventures, and the broadening of inter-institutional collaboration.

This official visit served to reinforce global partnerships, facilitate the reciprocal transfer of scientific knowledge, and further bilateral cooperation in education and research.
