Methodological Seminar “Peculiarities of Teaching Legal Disciplines at the Present Stage of Educational Development”
On February 26, 2025, as part of the implementation of the “Q University” Methodological Seminar Plan, Senior Lecturer of the Academic School of Law, A.B. Bidayshieva, conducted a methodological seminar on the topic “Peculiarities of Teaching Legal Disciplines at the Present Stage of Educational Development.”
The main objective of the seminar was to summarize and apply personal pedagogical experience in delivering lectures and practical classes for students of the 6B042 “Law” educational program.
During the seminar, the speaker shared effective methods of organizing and conducting classes such as case studies, frontal blitz-questioning, brainstorming sessions, and others. She also discussed the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational process and highlighted its advantages in education, which enable instructors to refine their courses and make them more accessible to students.
The purpose of conducting such seminars with the participation of the university’s teaching staff is to enhance the professional level of instructors, develop their pedagogical competencies, and help them gain a clearer understanding of the specifics of organizing the educational process in higher education, as well as preparing and conducting lectures and seminars more effectively.
