Meeting with representatives of the M. Esbulatov Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On February 3, 2026, as part of the implementation of the "Zaң men tәrtіp" Concept, a meeting was held between students majoring in 6B042 "Law" and representatives of the M. Esbulatov Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty. M. Esbulatov, Head of the Department of Operational Investigation and Investigation, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Police Lieutenant Colonel A.G. Shidemov, Police Major D.T. Amanova, Police Captain A.N. Abikenov, and Police Lieutenant Colonel B. Narbaev, Head of the Center for Training Specialists in Countering Extremism.
The dialogue took the form of an exchange of opinions as part of the "Law and Order: Youth Opinion" program.
During the exchange of opinions, the nature and dangerous consequences of corruption, extremism, drug addiction, and drug trafficking crimes were explained in detail. The meeting was interactive, with students asking questions and expressing their opinions. Students who responded to the questions with scientifically sound and informative answers were presented with commemorative gifts.
A clear outcome of the meeting was the shared thought expressed by all participants at the end: “Law and order begin not with protocols and articles, but with respect—for oneself, for other people, and for society as a whole.”
