Meeting of the Faculty of the School of Law with Representatives of Kazakhstan’s Business Ombudsman Institution

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation, a working meeting was held between the faculty of the School of Law and Safaraul Yilmaz, Adviser to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, and Yerkebulan Beimbet, Regional Representative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan (Business Ombudsman) for Almaty.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the activities of the Q University Legal Clinic, promising areas and potential formats of cooperation, current issues of legal practice, as well as the experience of implementing the Mama Pro project in providing legal consultations within the university environment.

Particular attention was paid to conducting joint research, organizing meetings with students, master’s students and faculty members, preparing academic publications, and exchanging practical experience.

The meeting was held in a constructive and open atmosphere. The agreements reached during the meeting marked an important step towards developing practice-oriented legal education and strengthening further cooperation.
