International scientific and practical conference «Migration in the digital reality: socioeconomic effects and legal adaptation mechanisms»
On November 6, 2025, Q University will host the international scientific and practical conference «Migration in the Digital Reality: Socioeconomic Effects and Legal Adaptation Mechanisms»
This conference will provide a unique platform for scientific dialogue, exchange of experience, and discussion of pressing issues related to population migration processes in the context of the digitalization of modern society. We strive to create a space for a full-scale discussion aimed at understanding the key challenges and opportunities arising from digital transformations, as well as the mechanisms for regulating them. This research is being funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Grant No. AP26103687 «Digital migration: New Horizons for Socioeconomic Development and Legal Integration»).
The following thematic sections are planned for the event:
- Digitalization of Migration Processes: Current Challenges and Opportunities
- Socioeconomic Aspects of Migration in the Era of Digital Transformation
- Institutional and Legal Approaches to Regulating Migration in the Digital Age
- Cultural Identity and Digital Adaptation of Migrants: Challenges of Multiculturalism
- National Security Issues and Prospects for International Cooperation in the Context of Digital Migration.
Researchers, teachers, master's and doctoral students, representatives of government agencies and public organizations, as well as experts from various fields interested in in-depth and interdisciplinary research on this topic are invited to participate.
A collection of scientific papers is planned to be published before the conference (with subsequent posting in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) scientific database).
Conference venue: Conference Hall, Q University Main Building.
Registration opens at 9:00 AM,
Plenary session at 10:00 AM.
