The topic of the meeting — “Problems of Judicial Proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan” — sparked lively interest among future lawyers. The purpose of the guest lecture was not only to acquaint students with the structure and principles of the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also to immerse them in real practice through the lens of the lecturer’s professional experience. Judge Davletniyazov T. emphasized the key challenges currently facing the Kazakhstani justice system. What made the lecture particularly valuable was that Talgat Maksatovich supported each thesis with examples from his own judicial practice, allowing students to move from theoretical knowledge to an understanding of real-world processes. During the lively discussion, students asked a number of sharp and relevant questions. They were interested not only in professional aspects such as the judge’s career path and procedural nuances, but also in the lecturer’s opinion on judicial system reform, the fight against corruption, and the role of artificial intelligence in the future of jurisprudence. The meeting took place in a constructive and open dialogue, leaving all participants with vivid positive impressions. Such events are of immense importance, as they bridge the gap between theory and practice, motivate students to study law, and help future specialists form a clear understanding of their role in strengthening the rule of law.
