Guest lecture by Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician A.S. Ibraeva

On April 16, 2026, the Academic School of Law organized a meeting with Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician A.S. Ibraeva.
A.S. Ibraeva is a member of the working group on constitutional reform. As part of the event, a guest lecture was delivered on the topic: “Issues of adopting a new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
During the meeting, the lecturer introduced students to the main innovations in the country’s Basic Law. Particular attention was paid to current issues of social life and possible ways to address them.
A.S. Ibraeva also answered a number of questions from students, which contributed to a lively and meaningful dialogue.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of openness and active discussion.
