On October 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the Academic School of Business and Management hosted a guest lecture for students by Bank CenterCredit specialists on the topic “Innovative banking products and services in the era of digitalization”.
The lecturers were Bank CenterCredit employees: Arsen Baiturbai, Customer Service Specialist; Diana Kenesbek, Customer Service Specialist; and Aruzhan Hamit, Corporate Customer Service Manager.
Participants learned about modern digital services and how to plan a personal budget, control expenses and save for important goals such as education, travel and housing. A separate section was devoted to the basics of investment and financial independence.
The second part focused on cybersecurity in the era of digitalization. The speakers explained how to recognize fraudsters and phishing, use bank cards and online services safely, protect personal data on the Internet and follow the rules of digital hygiene.
The sessions combined lectures, analysis of real cases and assignments, and answers to questions from the audience. Participants received useful materials, memos and checklists.
The organizers are confident that knowledge of personal finance and digital security will help students and teachers use innovative banking services with confidence and protect themselves from fraudsters.
