Practical training seminar with elements of a business game

On November 25, 2025, at 14:00, ASH “Law” will hold a practical training seminar with elements of a business game titled “Application of the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in practice: solving procedural tasks at the stages of initiating a criminal case and preliminary investigation.” The session will include analysis of real procedural scenarios, step-by-step practice of actions at the stages of initiating criminal proceedings and the preliminary investigation, discussion of common mistakes, and development of correct procedural algorithms.
