On November 14, 2025, at 15:00, ASH “Law” will host a guest lecture by attorney Zh.K. Shurenova (Legal Consultation “Әділет-ар”, Almaty Regional Bar Association) titled “The Art of Defense: from the first consultation to courtroom advocacy,” organized within the courses “Criminal Procedure Law of the RK” and “Civil Procedure Law of the RK.” The lecture will address practical aspects of initial client consultations, case preparation, courtroom conduct and advocacy tactics, as well as common mistakes to avoid in defense practice.
