A prestigious state award for an outstanding contribution to national unity
On the eve of Republic Day, by a Decree of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Gulnara Atayevna Annakuliyeva, Honorary Chairperson of the Turkmen Public and Cultural Centre of Almaty, was awarded the Order of “El Birligi”.

This prestigious state award recognizes her significant contribution to strengthening public harmony, interethnic relations, national unity and friendship among the people of Kazakhstan.
For more than thirty years, Gulnara Annakuliyeva has devoted herself to preserving national traditions, developing cultural ties and promoting mutual respect among Kazakhstan’s ethnic communities. She stood at the origins of the country’s ethnocultural movement and has actively contributed to the work of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
