On March 13, 2026, Dinara Sandibek, a lecturer at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, delivered a guest lecture for 1st and 2nd year students of the Academic School of “IT and Services”.
The lecture topic was:
“Scientific Research, Innovation, and Startups as a Path to Developing New Technologies and Building a Modern Competitive Economy.”
The event was attended by students of the educational programs “Information and Software Systems” and “Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Transport Operation”, as well as the head of the academic school and the teaching staff.
Such guest lectures provide students with an opportunity to gain insight into real industry experience, combine theoretical knowledge with practical examples, and identify their future professional directions in the fields of IT and startups.
During the lecture, Dinara Erkinqyzy Sandibek spoke about skills for creating and managing startups, including business plan development, team building, the basics of attracting investment, and current trends in digitalization.
At the end of the event, certificates were awarded to participating lecturers and students.
