Dialogue on the Future: Students Discussed Police Service Conditions with Police Department Representatives.

On February 4, 2026, a meeting was held at the University between fourth-year students majoring in Law (6B042) and representatives of the Alatau District Police Department of the Almaty City Police Department (APD).

The topic of the meeting was "Graduate Employment."

The goal of the event was to strengthen cooperation within the Law educational programs and discuss graduate employment opportunities with the Police Department.

Police Lieutenant Colonel A.U. Eltokov, Deputy Head of the APD for Human Resources, and Police Major A.Zh. Azimbayeva, Personnel Inspector, addressed the students. They presented information about the recruitment opportunities for law graduates and outlined key candidate requirements:

· A minimum GPA of 2.6;

· Passing a medical examination;

· Successful completion of the civil servant test, etc.

During the lively discussion, the students raised a number of pressing and relevant questions. They were interested in both the conditions for professional growth in the internal affairs agencies and practical aspects such as salary levels, benefits, and housing options.

The meeting was held in a constructive and open dialogue. Following the event, both the students and employer representatives expressed satisfaction with the results of the interaction.
