Al-Farabi KazNU has launched a certified online course on constitutional reform in 2027.
From January 12 to 23, 2027, Al-Farabi KazNU developed and launched a specialized certified online course, "Problems and Prospects for the Development of Constitutional and Administrative Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Light of the 2027 Constitutional Reform." The main goal of this educational program is to develop a comprehensive system of in-depth theoretical knowledge, relevant professional competencies, and practical skills in students. The course aims to train specialists capable of comprehensively analyzing the key areas, implementation mechanisms, and expected legal consequences of the 2027 constitutional reform. This reform is considered within the course as a fundamental institutional and regulatory platform for the subsequent dynamic development of the entire field of constitutional and administrative law in Kazakhstan. Notably, the students in this course are faculty members of the Academic School of Law. Thus, the university's leading legal scholars and faculty are actively involved in professional development, demonstrating the university's commitment to advanced academic development, curriculum updating, and strengthening human resources in response to large-scale legal reforms. This also ensures the direct integration of the latest knowledge on constitutional reform into the educational process for future lawyers.
