Students of the academic school actively participate in student organizations and university self-governing bodies. Participation in student organizations helps our students to grow in a new environment, opens up opportunities for self-realization, and reveals their talents.
To ensure the intellectual leisure of our students, a law club is organized. This club, held during the academic year, increases students’ chances in the labor market by providing them with valuable professional experience.
To support practice-oriented learning and production-related activities, the faculty organizes guest lectures on the subjects being studied. To enhance the relevance and depth of the subject matter, seminar sessions are held in practically significant institutions in the city of Almaty. Students’ interest in knowledge grows, which leads to increased academic engagement.
Guest lectures generate strong interest among students and are conducted in the form of meaningful dialogue. During these sessions, students can obtain essential practical information. A guest lecture on the topic “Fundamentals of Law and Anti-Corruption Culture” was organized for students. The event was conducted by the Department of Youth Policy of Almaty and the Police Department of Almaty, focusing on legal literacy.
At the beginning of the academic year, a team-building event is organized for all first-year students at the Tabagan mountain resort. This year, the trip took place on October 13. About 500 students and 20 teachers visited this scenic location in the Talgar district of Almaty region.
The students organized a flash mob that set a positive tone for the entire day and energized everyone. After that, everyone actively participated in sports competitions with great enthusiasm.
The joyful and cheerful atmosphere clearly indicated that the main goal of the team-building event was achieved. Everyone had a great rest, gained energy, loosened up, made lots of new acquaintances, and, of course, developed a positive attitude for the whole academic year.
